Ingredients
For the chicken
1 whole chicken- (1 ½ kg), boneless and cut into pieces
1 tbsp iodized salt
1 tsp pepper
1 cup corn flour
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
¼ tsp sugar
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
¼ paprika
2 cups of cooking oil
For the garlic mayo paste
2 tsp mayonnaise
1 tsp schezwan pepper
2 tsp black bean sauce
A pinch of garlic paste
Process
1. Pat the chicken pieces to dry out with paper towels. With your hands rub salt and pepper well into the chicken. Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
2. blend together the flour and residual seasoning
3. Heat up the cooking oil in a saucepan. Roll each chicken piece in the flour mixture and deep fry over medium-high heat until golden brown.
4. To prepare the mayo, use mayonnaise of your choice.
5. Add schezwan pepper and black bean sauce to the mayonnaise. Add garlic paste and mix up it well. The garlic mayo paste is prepared.
6. Now place the fried chicken on a dish and add the garlic mayo paste serve.
